Dupin’s Brittany

  • The perfect guide for those who want to experience Brittany’s most beautiful places in the footsteps of Inspector Dupin
  • “Bannelec tourism” is a well-established phenomenon in Brittany

Jean-Luc Bannalec's crime series is set in Brittany and centered around Commissaire Dupin, who not only investigates crime and murder on the peninsula but also enjoys life on the coast and the regional food and drinks. He keeps his favourite places on his infamous "list" and now this list has become a proper travel guide.

Dupin's Brittany is a travel guide that includes all magical places from the books, as well as many other recommendations and insider tips from Jean-Luc Bannalec and his co-author, Brittany expert Manfred Görgens: picturesque, stormy, wild, romantic areas of Brittany still waiting to be discovered, walks, day trips, hotels, restaurants, bars, manufactories, culinary specialties and the Breton savoir-vivre.

The texts are supplemented by many atmospheric photographs, informative maps and lists of practical addresses. A book that will inspire you to dream, plan and travel. Ken ember – see you soon – in Brittany!
