Mid-June in Fuseta – the last idyllic days in the small fishing village on the Algarve before the tourists arrive. Soraia Rosado, Leander Lost, and his team at the Polícia Judicária are enjoying the calm before the storm. But then an English tourist is found dead in a vacation home. And his Portuguese companion takes to her heels.
The case seems clear cut: an act of relationship violence. But Leander Lost isn’t convinced and he pesters his Portuguese colleagues with unrelenting inquiries.
