Five very different friends share one goal: to relax, detox, and lose weight – that’s the order of the day. They check in at a remote castle hotel to take part in a therapeutic fasting programme. Seven days without distraction. No telephone, no internet, no men, no domestic demands, no professional obligations. But also seven days without food. At least in theory.

Tormenting pangs of hunger, inflexible rules and problems that follow them to the hotel lead to secretiveness and jeopardize the success of the programme. Instead of relaxation, misunderstandings, quarrels and sleepless nights are the order of the day. But Eva’s toughest test is yet to come.
